At the moment Vepal delivers to addresses within the US only.
The standard shipping method is UPS or FedEx Ground. If the shipping address is a P O Box or APO/AE it will be sent by USPS.
We will calculate shipping charges based on the weight of the product, and customer will have a choice to select a variety of delivery options. For shipments to HI, AK and PR select 2 Day Air shipping since no Ground shipping is available.
Customer will receive a notification with tracking information once a shipment has been made.
Shipping and Title
The purchaser pays freight and shipping. Vepal.net will arrange to ship products to purchaser at an address provided by purchaser. Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to purchaser when Vepal delivers them to the shipper. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising Vepal of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.
