All product markings applied by Vepal are for identification purposes and are not used to indicate product origin. Warranty on products is void if this sticker is removed or tampered with.
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Vepal harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses or loss Vepal would suffer as a result of unauthorized warranties and/or representations as to origin made by purchaser in connection with the resale of this product.
All products purchased from Vepal carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Defects resulting from misuse or improper handling of the product are not covered by this warranty. The cause of any defect will be examined and determined by Vepal.
In case of a manufacturing defect after determination of such defect by Vepal, the product will be either fixed or replaced by a like new or refurbished product.
The limited warranty provided by Vepal covers normal use. It does not supersede or extend the Manufacturer warranty, when applicable. It does not apply to:
- Defects resulting from improper or inadequate installation, use or maintenance;
- Modifications by third parties or the Purchaser;
- Accidental or willful damage; or
- Normal wear and tear.
